video on how to properly set the CVT fluid level on any nissan that has a dipstick in order to do this correctly you will need a scanner that can read the data from the transmission control module so let's begin in this example we are using a 2009 Nissan Altima so you'll want to load your vehicle information in and then you want to select transmission finish loading you'll go ahead and select live data and then you're going to wait some more then you select all signals and with this scanner you have the ability to search for the pit the parameter identifier that you want that you'll want to be on monitoring so I'll go ahead and search for temp te MP and the pit that we are looking for is ATF temp count so we'll go ahead and just select that pit and right now we are 110 JFERR3
I have a 2015 nissan sentra SR with 8,000 miles on it. Can anyone tell me where the dipstick for the automatic transmission fluid is located? Does the car even have one? I have searched all over the internet and found nothing. It is puzzling me. SPONSORED LINKS Do you have the same problem? Yes No Sunday, September 4th, 2016 AT 1:13 PM 3 RepliesWe don't have a lot of info on these but you probably don't have one and a mechanic has to check the fluid level. Most automakers have eliminated them for cost savings.
