I started a CO-OP in R and D at JnJ today. Our process might be different, because I barely did the online interview process. They reached out to me via phone. After that initial phone call, I had four half an hour interviews back to back, on one day. They weren't highly technical questions, just general ones like "Tell me about your experience" or get to know you sort of things. I heard back two hours later via phone, but they said getting an answer could take up to a week after your interviews.

You could try reaching out to the recruiting team as I think most of them are back in office tomorrow (today is a holiday for JnJ). But sometimes I found they could be a little slow at replying to emails.
