For Educators:
Focusing exclusively on the value of community
engagement and partnership programs in our schools, the NNSP Conference is the only professional development venue where public, charter and private school educators can convene to collaborate, share and inspire each other around their work in this area.
Aiming to serve principals, executive directors, heads of school and community engagement/service learning directors, the NNSP conference will feature concurrent workshops and panel presentations by practitioners in our schools as well as inspiring keynotes by leading education experts. In addition to the programming, there will be ample opportunities to network with like-minded professionals growing both your cross-sector understanding as well as your appreciation for the value of this work.

For Students:
This three-day Community Impact Symposium will bring together high school students from across the country
to consider how to create positive, systemic change in their school or local community. Students will better understand the political and structural barriers to equity in our systems of education, health, or justice; identify various approaches taken at the local, state and national levels; and work in school-based teams to create a vision statement that incorporates their personal experiences and tangible action steps. The symposium will culminate with each school team sharing their vision with
relevant administrators and community engagement experts at the 2023 NNSP Conference.
