There are different ways to play it automatically when you get to that slide in your presentation:
Start the audio in the click sequence or immediately
Start the audio after a delay

Currently screen sharing audio through Zoom is not available on Android. Note: Your computer and iOS Device need to connected to the same WiFi network when screen sharing via AirPlay
