Dometic Refrigerator Not Working But Freezer Does

I have a 2015 3ds and the freezer is getting cold but not the refrigerator. Any ideas?

Usually takes between 8 to 24 hours for fridge to cool to below 40 f if gas/electric refrigerator.

Rv fridges are different than residential fridges. An empty fridge will not feel cold and will warm up quickly when opened. Fill it with cold items and give it 8-10 hrs. Remember fridge removes heat energy from items. There is almost no mass in an empty rv fridge to absorb heat energy so it will warm up quickly. A full fridge has lots of cold mass to absorb heat energy hence it will remain cold. We have a 2014 FR3 30DS and are having the same problem. We tried the troubleshooting manual and bypassing the circuit board and using strait electric from a modified cord can get 0 degrees in freezer and 32 in fridge . We replaced the circuit board. No luck. We replaced the thermistor also still doesn�t work. We�re going to call someone to look at it. Don�t know what else to try

Maybe misunderstanding, but how much colder than 0 and 32 do you want? Any colder in fridge and it becomes a freezer. Or is this by bypassing everything?

The problem is it will not cool the fridge on gas mode or when plugged into electric when circuit board is hooked back up

Just asking, have you adjusted the temp setting? I have a double door(one freezer and one Fridge) and just found out how to adjust the temp. I was cleaning the coils and accidentally turned it down.Freezer still was freezing but the fridge was cooling to about 50. I adjusted it and now the fridge is 38 to 40.

The temp adjustment on these RV refrigerators is not intuitive. Open the door and look at the top shelf. There is a plastic slide on the right side of cooling fins. If you haven't done so already, play with it and see if it helps.

The one thing that was not covered is the plastic slide that holds the thermistor. Mine was loose enough that when I pushed the slide it up the fin, the thermistor slid down the sleeve. Moving the slide did nothing to the thermistor.
