2023 NATIONAL FOUNDERS CONFERENCE

If we don’t understand who we are in creation, then we will be inevitably hindered from understanding who God is and how we are to live in His world.

Man is the crowning glory of God’s creation. We are designed to bring glory to Him in this world by exercising dominion and stewardship over the rest of God’s creation. The Bible tells us very clearly what mankind is: We are image-bearers of the one, true and holy God. “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them” (Gen. 1:27).

But we have lost sight of that truth. We live in a day where the definitions of man and woman are under attack. We have taken it upon ourselves to not only argue that mankind was not created or formed for a purpose by a great Creator, but we are attempting to redefine the essence of our humanity.

Society tells us that men can become women or women can become men. Children’s bodies are being mutilated due to transition surgeries done in the name of spiritual enlightenment and gender identity disorders.

Millions of image-bearers have been slaughtered in recent decades in abortion clinics. The entire transgender movement is redefining what it means to be a man. These warped ideas and practices permeate every aspect of our culture.

What is man?

That is the vitally important question that the 2023 National Founders Conference will address from the Word of God. When truth is under attack in our culture, God’s people must not shrink back. Scripture is clear and we must not flinch in standing firm on its message. The church must address this issue, because if we don’t, who will?

Join us in Fort Myers, Florida, from January 19-21 as we seek to do just that under the teaching of Tom Ascol, Voddie Baucham, Joel Beeke, Paul Washer and Bradley Pierce.

While the full conference schedule has not been finalized our past conferences have followed the following pattern. There will be a pre-conference on Wednesday night at Grace Baptist Church, this is a separately ticketed event, check back to this page for more details. Thursday morning will begin conference registration and the first session will be around 1:00pm and will end around 8:00pm. Friday is a full day from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Saturday will be a half day from 9:00am to 12:00pm. We invite all attendees to attend our church services at Grace Baptist Church on Sunday morning. This is subject to change but provides a basic framework so that you can plan your travel accordingly.

Yes, please view the Lodging section below.

We plan to have complimentary water and coffee available but do not have the ability to provide food at this venue. Before the conference begins we will post a list of local restaurants to help you during the meal breaks. There will likely be a FAM dinner on Thursday night – check back here for more details.

We welcome everyone to attend our conferences and have a large number of families that attend. We hope to have a separate room for young families that has stream access for when the kids need to stretch and play. We will not be providing childcare for this event.

January in sunny SWFL is typically highs in the low 70s and lows in the 50s. We do not have a set dress code and our attendees typically vary from suits to shorts and t-shirts. The venue can be cold, so we would suggest bringing a jacket or sweater.
