Pros: Friendly accommodating staff. Nice, quiet, comfortable, and spacious stay option for the family with kitchen facilities. Nice on-site restaurant. We were accommodated on short notice - the staff worked hard to ensure we got a 2-bedroom villa. They take fire monitoring and control very seriously - noting the sprinklers in each room, monitors, and alarms. This is especially important when you have so many villas each with kitchen facilities.
Cons: All good. Nothing I can think of. It worked out great for the family.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the unit as well as each staff that came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Gigantic rooms in a resort...
Pros: We were in a block a little up the road from the main hotel building, and it was a huge suite with a lovely view from the windows and balcony over the hills right in the heart of some stunning countryside. Very clean and very comfortable and pretty good value for money considering the size or room, facilities and outlook. Cheerful and very helpful reception staff. Even though it was remote the block had good wifi connectivity.
Cons: The dark wood kitchen in the suite was a bit gloomy and dated. No breakfast is included as it's not provided at all (we were only staying a night so didn't stock food up and use the suite's kitchen), and the dining restaurant on site I would not recommend as the food and choice was very average and it also wasn't that hot when served. But when you're miles from any nearby towns there isn't much choice.

Pros: the room was as expected
Cons: everything was falling apart. half the games in the arcade were broken, pool was closed and had been closed for at least a week according to staff. we called three times in that week to make sure the pool was open because it was important to our stay and the reason we were coming there and we were told it was open. we drove 3 hours with small children and when we got there it was not open. it was not posted on the website and they admitted that their gm was refusing to compensate people and that corporate wouldn’t allow them to put it on website. which feels very intentional. the staff was rude and unapologetic and blamed booking.com for being unable to contact me despite the fact that I called them on my way to the hotel and they didn’t mention it. very dishonest. there was a fire in the basement of our building the second night we were there. they told us it wasn’t a fire but there was smoke pouring out so that also wasn’t true. we chose to leave at that point because it was a safety issue and I’m still trying to get my money back. the only things that were operative were the playground fire pit and the childrens game room and we did not need to drive three hours for those activities they are all present on our neighborhood/backyard. as I said, to add insult to injury the staff was very rude and there was absolutely no accountability. very disappointed with holiday inn for the stay and booking as it’s unclear who is responsible for getting my refund to me. NEVER AGAIN
Superb
Pros: The room was very nice and had a nice balcony. We loved playing basketball and swimming in the gigantic pool. The front desk staff and the staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. The resort is in a very peaceful, quiet area but is also only a short drive from Windsor, which was a very cute town that we got dinner and breakfast in. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice, quiet, comfortable, and spacious...
Pros: Friendly accommodating staff. Nice, quiet, comfortable, and spacious stay option for the family with kitchen facilities. Nice on-site restaurant. We were accommodated on short notice - the staff worked hard to ensure we got a 2-bedroom villa. They take fire monitoring and control very seriously - noting the sprinklers in each room, monitors, and alarms. This is especially important when you have so many villas each with kitchen facilities.
Cons: All good. Nothing I can think of. It worked out great for the family.

Pros: Amenities, the 1 bedroom was very spacious. Staff were friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with the size and cleanliness of the unit as well as each staff that came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Gigantic rooms in a resort...
Pros: We were in a block a little up the road from the main hotel building, and it was a huge suite with a lovely view from the windows and balcony over the hills right in the heart of some stunning countryside. Very clean and very comfortable and pretty good value for money considering the size or room, facilities and outlook. Cheerful and very helpful reception staff. Even though it was remote the block had good wifi connectivity.
Cons: The dark wood kitchen in the suite was a bit gloomy and dated. No breakfast is included as it's not provided at all (we were only staying a night so didn't stock food up and use the suite's kitchen), and the dining restaurant on site I would not recommend as the food and choice was very average and it also wasn't that hot when served. But when you're miles from any nearby towns there isn't much choice.

Cons: everything was falling apart. half the games in the arcade were broken, pool was closed and had been closed for at least a week according to staff. we called three times in that week to make sure the pool was open because it was important to our stay and the reason we were coming there and we were told it was open. we drove 3 hours with small children and when we got there it was not open. it was not posted on the website and they admitted that their gm was refusing to compensate people and that corporate wouldn’t allow them to put it on website. which feels very intentional. the staff was rude and unapologetic and blamed booking.com for being unable to contact me despite the fact that I called them on my way to the hotel and they didn’t mention it. very dishonest. there was a fire in the basement of our building the second night we were there. they told us it wasn’t a fire but there was smoke pouring out so that also wasn’t true. we chose to leave at that point because it was a safety issue and I’m still trying to get my money back. the only things that were operative were the playground fire pit and the childrens game room and we did not need to drive three hours for those activities they are all present on our neighborhood/backyard. as I said, to add insult to injury the staff was very rude and there was absolutely no accountability. very disappointed with holiday inn for the stay and booking as it’s unclear who is responsible for getting my refund to me. NEVER AGAIN

Pros: The room was very nice and had a nice balcony. We loved playing basketball and swimming in the gigantic pool. The front desk staff and the staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. The resort is in a very peaceful, quiet area but is also only a short drive from Windsor, which was a very cute town that we got dinner and breakfast in. Highly recommend staying here!
