For the final 2 months of my lease I have been ignored through emails, the maintenance request site, and the management email that is the \"only people who can undo the notice.\"I was given this notice the day after I outright rejected their offer to attend their church and I had to explain that I am not religious and probably wont change my life views because they keep telling me about theirs.It is a requirement that you be nice to them and play pretend family or they will spite their clients. Requests are not responded to, and the maintenance might show up, might not, might be a week late; who knows because they do not respond. If a client puts in a requests, is it too much that you respond with a day and time window of when a maintenance staff will likely show up? Also the laundry facilities are never cleaned and the machines work 9/10 times. Small harmless roaches will always be a constant in the bathrooms and kitchens, they are just deep in at certain spots and the maintenance knows it. Crappy parking, crappy roads, with a mountain size speed bump, good luck if you have a lowered vehicle. The apartments to the back faces a ditch with 408 traffic in your front door. The stairs going to the second floor feels like it will crumble under your feet, the air conditioning was terrible. I mean I can go on and on why this place is NOT worth $1,200 bucks a month. Bottom line is they did my friend wrong and now she is homeless with 2 kids and that is so wrong of this place to have done that.
