Solution #6: Reboot Your Router and PS4/PS5

How to update manually:

1. Using the control, go to Settings.
2. Choose System Software Update.
3. Choose Update Now.
4. If updates are available, click Next and wait for the download to complete. You’ll see the license agreement at the end of the update.
5. Choose Accept, and the update should install on its own.
