ingredients: Step 1: Preheat over to 325. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and dust with
flour. Alternatively, you can spray your loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat eggs, mashed bananas, and sugar with an electric mixer until thick, about 4 minutes. Step 2: Add buttermilk, oil and vanilla extract and mix again until well combined, about 1 minute. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Step 3: Sift in remaining dry ingredients, and beat until blended, about 2 more minutes. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour, or until golden brown on top and fork inserted in center comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack and let cool. Slice and enjoy the most delicious banana bread you’ll ever make!
