How to transfer contacts from alcatel flip phone to computer

Question

I busted the screen on my old Alcatel smartflip. Bought a new one today (same exact model) and swapped the SIM card, no problem. However, almost all of my old contacts are in the old phone and I don't have an easy way to transfer them due to the screen being busted. Anyone know of a way to transfer those contacts into the new phone?
