It's faster, more Colorful and less bulky than the TI-83. You can even play flappy bird on it. A lot new trick you can do. Even cheating. Though it is not encouraged.

Hope this helped.

4.0 out of 5 stars A little slower than the Ti-84 Plus

Great resolution, a few new graphical features, (color, for example), but the calculator response is a little on the slow side, (slower than both a TI-84 Plus, and TI-83 Plus). I would not have expected a newer generation of calculator to be slower than the older generation.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing screen.

A little bit slow but it is an amazing calculator, thanks to that screen, doing homework at night is better than ever.
