Our room on the third floor was very hot. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. They did send someone to look at it but it didn’t help. The room was good. It was not very clean and the hotel cleaning staff is very slow. They wouldn’t clean the room until 5 or 6 at night. One night it didn’t get cleaned at all. Pros:Loved the location, and the amenities. Cons:We felt the price was a bit steep. Pros:I like the location and amenities this resort has to offer. Even down to the juice bar at the lower level Cons:This place was packed to maximum capacity. They had people by the packs lining every corridor, lobby and everywheee in between. I’ve never seen so many bell man carts stacked in a row anywhere. Thank goodness I had elite status and pre-signed in on-line for their mobile key. Or so I thought...we arrived at 5:30 pm and despite all this pre-check in key nonsense our room after a day of travel wasn’t ready and would be ready after a modest $175 dinner for 4 (2 adults and 2 children with one drink each) on their Casual next the pool fare. Yikes! Pros:Private beach Pool lounging area Private amenities in spa: pool, sauna, steam Restaurants on-site Gym Cons:Poolside restrooms a bit messy during peak family time - Memorial Day Slow (phone) response sometimes Pros:Pol area and beach View of ocean Starbucks Cons:Restaurant sea level Poor help. Dirty. Bad menu Pros:Beautiful location. Staff were friendly and always willing to go out of there way. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved pool restaurant. Access to the beach was perfect. Cons:You can see hotel is showing some age. Hard to listen to people talk about how they paid half your price to be there. Should be more consistent with price. Pros:Immediately pulling up you know this is going to be a beautiful place to stay! Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Rooms were great and best of all we were right on the beach!
