Sort:Came in the store for a sofa and left with a bed. My sales person Debi Steffick helped me make a
decision, took time with me until I was totally confident in what I was buying. This bed is sturdy, comfortable, and gives me a wonderful night's sleep. I highly recommend this adjustable bed frame and mattress. LOVE IT!!! Date of experience: October 09, 2022 I’ve had some really bad experiences with R&F at my local store, but AC from the Exton, PA store gives me hope that not all R&Fs are created equal. I called the 800 number and was randomly connected to him and he was fantastic.
Not only did help my current inquiry but went a step beyond and helped with previous issues experienced. Thanks, AC! Wish I lived closer to Exton! She knows my style so well I think she could decorate my whole house with minimal input from me. And she guides me through the buying process but never pushes me. And she always comes up with ways to repurpose a piece of furniture to suit my needs. She knows the inventory really well so is always
able to recommend pieces to suit my needs. So all in all a very pleasant and productive experience. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even went above and beyond by rearranging the sectional so I could get a visual of exactly what it would look like in my living room. Date of experience: October 19, 2022 Just got off the phone trying to make a claim but Raymor and Flanagan said it’s normal wear and tear and don’t cover it. There is a large spot on one piece of the sectional where it appears something happened to the finish and also several scratches in different places but because I don’t know exactly what happened they are saying it is normal wear and tear. All of a sudden these marks are showing up. When we
purchased the couch there was a similar spot on the one in the showroom which made me nervous to purchase this couch. The salesman assured me that if I was nervous buy the protection plan. If anything like that happened it would be covered. But all they had to do was say it’s normal wear and tear. So although I love the couch I would never buy a protection plan again. in I met a wonderful salesman, Mladen. He was so personable and helped me pick out two different sectionals and accessories that are absolutely perfect for my two rooms. I was very impressed with his great decorating ideas. I was also impressed with the manager, Christopher that was very helpful with assisting with things. to finance a $300 item. He ran my credit without my approval. We are avid Raymour and Flanigan customers. However this does not sit well with me. and Michael took care of us at the Dickson City PA outlet center and even though Edison was the original sales rep we spoke with, Michael wound up taking care of us as Edison was not working the day we returned to complete the sale. Michael was sure to include Edison in this transaction and I feel it was one of the most upstanding traits shown as to how the sales team worked together to make the experience truly enjoyable. We have purchased many items from R&F and anticipate continuing to do
