You are not required to provide your name or other identifying information, but we do need to know how to provide you with the response.
You may use the Public Records Request email address (publicrecordsrequest@stluciesheriff.com) to make your request - to ensure your request is properly directed.
Traffic Crash or Criminal Offense/Incident
If your request is limited solely to a traffic crash report or criminal offense/incident report, please email that request to the Records Unit (recordsunit@stluciesheriff.com).

Records Custodian
The Records Custodian for the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office may be reached at 772-462-3299 or by email.
The St. Lucie County Clerk of the Circuit Court’s Recording Department is responsible for recording all official records in St. Lucie County. Records maintained by the department include but are not limited to lis pendens, marriage licenses, deeds, liens, plats, certificates of title, mortgages, judgments, death certificates, and military discharges. Official records maintained by the recording department date back to 1990.
Public records in the county can be accessed by visiting the recording department in person during office hours, by doing a background check online, or by mail. To do a public records search online, you will have to visit the St. Lucie County Clerk Website. The St. Lucie County Clerk of Circuit Courts does not warrant the accuracy of information on the website and is not liable for any damages in connection with the use of the information contained herein.
For records that cannot be obtained online, you can obtain them by visiting the clerk’s office in person. You will be required to submit a records request form indicating the kind of records you are requesting. To conduct more in-depth searches or view older records, contact the Clerk’s Research Department at (772) 462-6930.
