About Tickets

What is the difference between Any-Day Tickets and Dated Discount Tickets?

Any-Day Tickets may be used any day the park is open to the general public.

 

Dated Tickets may only be used on the date you pre-selected.

What if I can't visit on the date I pre-purchased?

If the date you want to visit is a day that the park is open to the general public and costs more than what you paid for your ticket, you will pay the difference.

 

If tickets on the date you visit cost less than or the same as the ticket you purchased then you may use them to enter the park. If the date you visit costs less than what you purchased, you will not receive a refund for the difference.  

Can I buy tickets at the park?

Yes, we do sell individual tickets and passes at the park. Tickets purchased from our website usually cost less than tickets at the park.

Is it possible to get a refund on a One-Day Ticket?

No. Tickets purchased from our website are non-refundable.

About Passes

Are there any block out dates on 2023 Passes?

No. There are no blockout days for 2023 Passes. However, Gold Passes expire September 4, 2023.

How do I upgrade my pass?

Go to Guest Relations during your visit to upgrade your pass.  

Do Passes come with free friend tickets or discounts?

Some of our admission offerings include specialty rate tickets for family and friends and free ticket perks. Refer to the chart above for details about all of our current admission products.

Is a Pass a good value?

Absolutely. Our Passes include a variety of benefits depending on the level you choose. Prices on One-Day tickets range from $25 to $90, so if you visit the park more than once, a Pass pays for itself.  Refer to the comparison chart above for details about all of our current admission products.

Can I use my Pass to visit other Six Flags Parks?

With our Diamond Pass, you get unlimited access to all Six Flags theme parks and outdoor waterparks. If you’re interested in these benefits, refer to the comparison chart above for details about all of our current admission products.

If I purchase a Pass today, when can I use it?

Your Pass is activated as soon as you complete your purchase. 

How long is my Pass valid?

The Gold Level Pass is valid until September 4, 2023. 

The Platinum and Diamond level Passes are valid until January 1, 2024

How many people are included in a Pass?

Each Pass is valid for just one person. We do not sell “family” Passes.

Does a Pass come with food?

No. Please check out our  Dining plans for food options.

Do Passes come with unlimited admission?

Passes feature unlimited admission while your Pass is active. Please check calendar on the website for operating days.

How do I redeem my skip-the-line passes?

Once you are at the park, make your way to THE FLASH Pass Headquarters and scan your pass at the register and the team member will give you your skip-the-line voucher for the available ride.

This can be redeemed at any Six Flags location, not limited to your home park.

How do I purchase discounted tickets for my friends?

How do I redeem my refillable drink bottle?

Visit any participating food or beverage location in the park to scan your pass and redeem your refillable drink bottle.

About Flexible Pay

What is flexible pay?

Choose flexible pay at checkout to have the cost split into twelve (12) payments.

Which products can I use flexible pay as a payment option?

The Platinum and Diamond level passes have the option to do flexible payments. 

How many payments are there?

Depending on your purchase, you will have six (6) payments after your initial deposit.

For  flexible pay eligible passes, you will have six (6) payments after an initial deposit: One (1) payment at the time of purchase and the remaining cost will be billed monthly over the following six (6) months.

How does it work?

The process is entirely automatic. You’ll sign up with your credit card, debit card, or Paypal account and we will automatically charge you for 6 months. You will receive a billing reminder by e-mail prior to each installment payment.

On what day of the month will you charge my credit card?

We will charge your credit card on the same day each month that you signed up.

For example:

If you sign up for your pass on June 15th, then your next payment will take place on July 15, and then the 15th of each consecutive month.

Will I be charged a processing fee every month with flexible pay?

No. You’ll only pay our standard online processing fee once, when you initially purchase (this fee applies to all online ticket purchases, whether or not Flexible Pay is chosen). When we charge your credit card for future payments you will not be charged a processing fee.

Will I be able to change the payment method I have on file?

Yes. At any time, you can log into your account and update your payment information. Any changes you make will usually be active immediately. You can access your account anytime from our website.

How many times can you use bring a friend pass?

To use these, the Passholder must be present with the Bring-A-Friend ticket holder. Otherwise, you may use as many as you like at one time.

Can I use my Six Flags season pass at other locations?

Can I use my Season Pass to visit other Six Flags parks? Your Season Pass is only valid for admission at the park you purchased your pass from. If you purchased a 2 or 3 Park Pass then your Season Pass will be valid at the parks included.

Why can't I cancel my Six Flags membership?

As outlined atop the cancellation page, there are certain restrictions on cancelling a Six Flags membership: You must be the primary owner of the account. You cannot have any outstanding payments remaining on your account. You must have had your membership for at least 12 months.
