This feels like the newborn stage of parenting where you're sleep-deprived and delirious 24/7. This bed was exactly what we were looking for in the showroom: a traditional innerspring mattress with medium/firm support but a soft and plush pillowtop. We both instantly fell in love, and the week-wait for delivery was the longest week ever. Mattress finally arrived but it's like sleeping on a sheet of plywood! If you're looking for an extra firm mattress with little to no plush factor, then this would be great for you. So just be prepared for the mattress you fell in love with at the store to be nothing like to one they deliver. The salesperson said to give it several weeks to break in (this is why they give you a sleep trial) but at this point, I'm desperate for a good night's sleep. This mattress better start softening up quickly or it's going back. I'll update my review in a month or so if anything changes. The quality seems great, though. My husband and I can't feel the other one moving at all, the sides have a good bit of support around the edge, and the fabric covering is super soft and cool to the touch. Also, be warned, when you elect to have them haul away your old mattress it does not include the old box springs. We weren't made aware of this ahead of time so that was an unpleasant surprise.
