Pro:
Calm place to live and free from pollution.
Many To-let houses are available at low prices
Con:
No proper maintenance
Timing bus and so transportation is difficult without own vehicle
Most Shops are 2km away except one or two shops running inside

Great place to live in.plenty of.houses are there with very low rents.
2bhk >> 4000 to 4500
3bhk >> 5000 to 5500
Villa >> 8000 to 12000 (unfurnished and furnished respectively)
Two Parks are there for children. The park that is located outside is for outsiders also and the park inside can be used by the localities. No water problem at all (may be due to very less population). Good parking facility. Good security. You have shops inside for emergency and other needy things as well (like fitness center and homeo clinic etc,)

As it is out of city you can enjoy a natural atmosphere, only con is no nearby big shops or supermarkets!

Got row houses and apartments. Very few families have moved in. About 1 km away from the Vandalur - Kelambakkam road. Area is getting developed. Lots of colleges nearby.so college crowd is very much evident nearby. Very few shops inside the premises.

Excellent housing unit for police department with all facility, only problem is lack of transport from main road, after 10 years it should be in peak value.

Inside the middle of the city. A living Place of non pollution with fresh air. Situated between vandalur zoo to kelambakkam road. A full of forest trees. Relax with control of noise pollution.

U have to take note the code on displayed product, after u handover that lists of codes to the counter they get u the product after the payment.
I don't get many items their except some biscuits, soap and shampoo!

U will get good cheap rented homes here the only problm is u hav to go 2 kms for the main road to buy anything also water problem persists sometimes
