Had to wait over an hour in line to check in. They only had two people working and there was a very long line. When I finally spoke to a rep I was told it was going to be another hour to get my car since they did not have one in the type that I ordered. I ordered a wildcard which is basically dealers choice. After I expressed my displeasure in having to wait another hour they finally gave me a truck to rent. Unlikely to use them again. Saving a couple of bucks with them was not worth the hassle.Reviewed Apr 9 2022

Huge wait to get the car. Only 2 staff working. Once we got the car, we pulled out and it was defective. Had to go back and get another car. So the first part was frustrating. Once we left, car was great, and drop off was easy.Reviewed Apr 3 2022

I loved that my reservation was honored. I was in and out and my family was comfortable. I was not happy that the vehicle was NOT cleaned. There were Cheerios everywhere. I guess the detailer did not move the seats and the smell was sweaty heat. Finally, I make it home and forgot that I left the house key on the car ring. We went straight backm maybe 45 minutes and the attendant told me that the car was gone and they did not know where it was. I was so upset, but thank God for Pierre (if I'm not mistaken) the Supervisor who got on his cart and search the floors and found my key in the car that was indeed in the building. This encounter took 1 whole hour. Other than that this would have been the perfect rental experience. Life happens. I would still re-book.Reviewed Mar 21 2022

Car was extremely dirty. Paid way too much compared to other sites. Was charged additional fees without being told. Put reservation under my name and wasn’t able to change to my husbands name. I do not drive in the USA. Again paid extra. Terrible customer service when I called to rectify charges. Never again!Reviewed Mar 17 2022

After being in the airport all day and being forced to wait to 2 days for our next flight we booked a rental car with thrifty. Got to the rental place the line had 15 people in it with one person at the desk. Each person took roughly 20 mins to get in. We ended up not going with thrifty and instead used Avis. It would have taken 3-5 hours to get to the front desk at thrifty had we waited. Avis was great.Reviewed Mar 14 2022

I had booked for a suberban with my family of 5 and they handed me a nissan rogue at the same price claiming that there was more but at the same price as a subwrban without wanting to compensate me…shame on you!!Reviewed Mar 5 2022
