Staff is always friendly, clean rooms, and close to tons of amazing food! Though some areas are in need of updating, the facility is clean, convenient and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there on our next visit. Property conditions & facilities Disliked: Staff & service The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were pretty sound proof, did not hear alot of noise coming from other rooms or people walking by, we were right by the elevator so usually those rooms are very noisy. Unfortunately, they give miss information. We were told breakfast was 6:30 to 9:30 but in reality it was only until 9. we were not
told that we needed to request housekeeping items, we did request and never got. we were without towels and washclothes and talked to a couple of people and never received them. i did talk to the manager when checking out and they did give me a discount on the room. but i wil not ever stay there again .
