The Chevrolet Camaro entered its fifth generation beginning with the 2010 model - a generation that continued through the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. this is great car, super fun to drive. I have plenty of room even being 6’4. It is a beautiful cat but also great quality. I average about 24-26mpg combined as well. the only issue is rear visibility, especially both blind spots. there are however youtube videos that show how to properly adjust the outside and interior mirrors, so that rear views run together seamlessly and there is no blind spot. trunk is plenty big even for a suitcase or 2. the ride is decent but rough roads can be felt, as expected from a sports car, but not to an extent that it’s uncomfortable.

Pros

• Power: fast, great engine and exhaust sounds.
• Ride and Handling: pretty good ride, especially for a sports car. seats are super comfortable as well.
• Technology and Entertainment: great Bose system, love the full touchscreen and the sunroof.

Cons

• Visibility: it’s not great but mirror adjustments can be made to help out, and it does have a rear camera that’s super helpful.
• Interior Space: back seat is vestigial; one person can sit across the seat but 2 won’t fit. front seats are plenty roomy.

I love this car, it is a Camaro SS 2015 v8 black on black with leather interior. Since I’ve owned the car I have not driven it much. The car only had a little over 47,000 miles on it, The car only had a few minor scratches on it nothing that a professional buff job can’t fix. The car was originally in Kansas city but I had the car ship to Carmax in Illinois. Somehow there was some issues with the title which took the whole process much, much longer than what it should have taken. Carmax was so kind that they return my transportation fee. I would definitely purchase another car from Carmax.

Pros

• Power: It’s a sports car and a sports car should have great power

High depreciation of late model low mile cars in this segment make it a good value. GM sells about 25% of Camaro's into the daily rental fleet which in turn end up at auction usually in a year or less with fairly low miles. The Camaro in V6 trims is average to better than average in reliability. This is a car for people willing to trade outward visibility and ease of entry and exit for it's styling. Ride is more sporting and with 20inch wheels a bit rough. V 8 versions provide even more handling difference.

Pros

• Power: V6 versions provide over 300 HP , plenty of power
• Styling: Fifth Generation version provides modern styling with enough cues to the original Camaro design of the past
• Value: The flood of rental units keeps used resale prices reasonable

Cons

• Interior Space: My main complaint with the interior is the lack of cubby hole space in the console for change, glasses, etc. This is especially true with RS package where gages take up space in console
• Cabin Noise: Some cabin noise is expected in convertible trim but many convertible Camaro's exhibit too much wind noise where the top meets the A pillar (windshield).
• Visibility: The high belt line of the car coupled with very wide C pillars limits outward visibility.
