I've got my very satisfied drive from Republic Auto just before the COVID lockdown 2 years ago, professionally served by Ray Lee. When the borders were opened and allowed to drive back to Malaysia to visit my family, I immediately tried to apply for the required VEP, unfortunately, the application was rejected due to an "existing permit" registered with most probably the previous owner of my car. I gave Ray an enquiry and was immediately being assisted, though our deal was 2 years ago. Ray managed to contact the previous owner to deregister the vehicle online, and I was able to register to drive through the border with the necessary VEP. My heartfelt appreciation to Ray for his professionalism and efficient after-sales, even 2 years later. No gimmicks, highly reliable, bespoke recommendations and customers-as-friends after-sales service. Definitely will recommend and spread the experience with Republic Auto, with Ray Lee especially!

This was our 2nd time buying a car from Republic Auto. When we bought our first car, we were attended by Benny Goh. As a first time buyer, we didn't know much about owning a car and how the procedure goes. Benny explained to us in detail and asked about our concerns. He had good knowledge and experience. With our budget, he managed to get us our first car with the monthly installment intended. That was what made us to engaged him for the second time for our second car. Just collected my car from Republic last week and was served by Ray. Ray's experience and customer focus shone early and addressed my concerns about getting a second-hand car. He was not pushy and was keen to provide information to aid in my decision making. What Ray didn't mention was even more amazing. I dropped the car off at Eurokar servicing after collection for added assurance and was enquiring further on the car servicing history. The latest servicing was sent by Republic Auto for warranty based inspection and servicing. This further attests to Republic's focus on pre-owned checks.

Bought a Toyota Sienta 1.5G Hybrid from Republic Auto. A big thank you to Edison who is patient with our enquiries. He is able to explain to us the breakdown of the downpayment, loan and the remaining COE rebate from my existing car. He was able to accommodate our request for early delivery and deliver some of the items left in the old car to my house. Overall very good experience. I had been driving the car for more than 2 weeks without having to worry much due to the 1 year extended warranty from Republic Auto.
