Valley first credit union mobile deposit funds availability

To use the Mobile Deposit service, you must have an eligible account, be a member in good standing, have a mobile device with a camera and Internet access and maintain the hardware and software as specified by Valley First Credit Union from time to time. Third party fees may apply for data and Internet access.

The Credit Union will place an immediate hold on checks deposited through Remote Deposit and the first $225 of your deposit will be available on midnight of the day of deposit. Depending upon the type of check that you deposit, funds may not be available until the seventh business day after the day of your deposit.

Download the Valley Federal Credit Union App: In the main menu, select "Transfer and Pay". Select "Send money with Zelle^®". Enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address. You're ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle.

Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits, including check deposits made by Mobile Deposit, available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit.
