The chocolate is blended with the wine in an innovative way, allowing to maintain the color of the chardonnay and obtain a sparkling wine with a unique flavor.   

Our vineyards are located in Perpignan, at the south of France, in an area known for the quality of the soils and the cultivation of Chardonnay grapes used to produce high quality wines.
