Just bring your $3.95 fee and your Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover® or Department Store credit card to pay your bill with cash. For most cards, pay with cash by 6 PM EST for your transaction to post the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey and West Virginia are excluded from Credit Card Bill Pay transactions. Credit card must be active. How do I make a credit card bill payment at the register?

Can I pay my American Express bill with cash?We will no longer accept cash payments at our offices for security purposes, but you can continue to pay cash into our account through a bank or Post Office.
Can I pay my credit card bill through cash?If your credit card issuer is a bank with a physical office, you can walk in to the nearest branch and make your credit card payment by depositing cash. Simply walk in to the respective bank branch, fill-in the deposit slip with your credit card details and the bill amount and submit it at the counter.
What forms of payment does American Express accept?You can pay your monthly bill using your Online Services or the Amex App to pay on the go. Where can I pay my Amex bill in person?But cards issued by Amex cannot be paid in person, as this issuer has no physical locations. If your Amex card was issued by American Express, your only options are to pay online, with the app, over the phone, or by mailing a check.
