In a large mixing bowl, stir together black beans, cream of chicken soup, fire-roasted tomatoes, green chiles, cumin, and chicken. Choose a deep-dish casserole dish that fits in your air fryer. Spray with non-stick cooking spray—layer ½ of the tortilla pieces in the bottom of the casserole dish. Top the tortilla layer with half of the bean and chicken mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the chicken mixture. Layer with the other half of the tortilla pieces, then the remaining bean and chicken mixture. Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 350°F in the air fryer until hot and bubbly all the way Remove the aluminum foil and top with remaining cheese and crushed tortilla chips or corn Top with diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and some sour cream if desired. Can this casserole be frozen?Yes, you can freeze it before or after you cook the casserole. For best results, wrap tightly in saran wrap and then a couple of layers of aluminum foil. If you are going to freezer the casserole, I would not recommend adding the tortillas on top. Otherwise, they will defrost and be soggy. Can I use Doritos instead of tortilla chips?Yes, this will give it even more flavor! Use your favorite Doritos flavor!
