The room was large and clean. The breakfast was awesome! Pros:The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I suggest this hotel to anyone. Cons:The only thing I have to say bad about the visit was the breakfast staff. We had 5 kids in the room so we went down and just grabbed some food from the breakfast bar to take back up to the kids as the sitting area was full and we had some younger children that couldn't get for their self. The lady working the kitchen was out talking about myself and another couple that was doing the same as they had many children also. She was saying that we shouldn't be taking our kids food to the room to them they should come and get their own. And that we were taking all the food. Um no wew weren't but we were feeding ourselves and 5 children. If you want us to eat in your food area make it bigger so everybody has room!!!!! 3117 Parker Lane, Chattanooga, TN 37419
