Village at Motts Landing for Sale in Wilmington NC

The Village at Motts Landing will consist of 90 homes which will include the Estate Home Collection, the Patio Home Collection, and the Floridian Villa Collection. Many of the homes will be waterfront with lanais. The Homeowner’s Association fee is $135 a month which includes lawn care, common area maintenance, and onsite amenities. There is a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis, shops, trails, and a community garden. One of its biggest selling points is that it is 5 minutes to Carolina Beach real estate.

Nearby there are medical facilities, shopping, beaches, a marina, golf courses, boutiques, and many restaurants in historic downtown Wilmington. You do not have to cross over a bridge to reach the Village at Motts Lane.

Pamela’s Place

A gated community within Motts is going to be publicly marketed in May 2013 called Pamela’s Place. It is named after the deceased spouse of the builder who died at 55 of a very rare form of cancer. Her new grandbaby was just few months old at the time. It will be priced slightly higher with several key upgrades over the already updgraded homes that Premier Homes delivers.
