For Android:

1. Open Google Account application.
   
2. Tap on the profile icon.
   
3. Choose Google Account.
   
4. Now click on Personal info.
   
5. Select Birthday.
   
6. Now, change your date of birth.
   
7. Press Save.
   
8. Approve your choice by clicking Confirm.
   
9. Congratulations! You have successfully changed your birthday date on Google Account.
   

For Windows:

1. First, by clicking on your profile in the browser, select Manage your Google Account.
   
2. Then, go to the Personal info tab.
   
3. Next, click your Birthday.
   
4. Now set a new birth date.
   
5. Later, save the change with the Save button.
   
6. Finally, confirm your age with the Confirm button.
