Does Jeep JK need steering stabilizer?

A - In a perfectly set up chassis with tires that were very well balanced, a steering stabilizer technically isn't necessary. If you run your Jeep without a steering stabilizer and find you don't suffer from any unwanted vibration, wobble, or shaking, then there's no need to add one if you don't want to.

Will a dual steering stabilizer fix death wobble?

Check tire weight balance. 8. Steering stabilizers do not fix death wobble.

Is a dual steering stabilizer better than a single?

There really isn't that big a difference between the two. Like the names imply a single stabilizer only has one dampener while a dual has two. This means that the dual stabilizer dampens the vibrations a little bit more.
