Front desk help/service was sad. 2 clerks, both with heads buried in computer screens. Neither acknowledged us when we arrived. We stood in front of them, as another customer entered…he was also ignored. As we stood there looking at each other, yet another couple came in. That couple was ignored as well until they picked something from the snack area and asked how to pay for it. They got the “I’ll be with you in a moment”.
Finally, we were checked in.
