We have two armchairs which we were intending to replace at some point but due to Covid didn't fancy shopping. We replaced both the back and seat cushions and its made a world of difference. Given that the chairs are structurally sound we might not bother replacing them at all now.

Bought the cheaper hard foam as replacement pads for a fold up mattress. The website advised against using this for 6” pads, so I called by phone. A friendly operator (Lauren, I think) suggested that I pop down to Dunelm to test that grade of foam for hardness. Good advice, since I went through with the purchase and am very pleased with the outcome.

Bench Foam. I’ve just had great service from GB Foam Direct. My order was for a foam dining table bench 1520mm x 320mm x 75mm and it has transformed this item of furniture. Our original sofa cushions have seen a fair bit of wear and tear during lockdown as we spent far more time than usual sat inside and the foam had started to collapse. My only gripe is with the courier - it was hard to actually get the delivery, took a lot of persistence on my part; but that's not the fault of GB Foam, but feedback that might be useful to them. The easiest shape to replace, and fits really well, foam is a little firmer than the previous foam, but very comfortable. Considering replacing other cushions with different foam material as the service worked so well.

Fully revived sofa! Absolutely delighted with my purchase of 2 new foam cushions for our sofa seats. The sofa was overstock and very cheap a few years ago. The seats had started sagging but the rest was in good condition, so I was delighted to be able to get a few more years out of it and save on waste, etc. New foam is quite firm and supportive, and fits perfectly (this was my biggest concern, having measured it myself!). I measured the seams of the inside of the cushion covers, which seems to have worked well. Delivery was prompt and efficient, and a nice big box for children to play in!

Best company to do business with, for FOAM!!! I purchased 5 cushions foams for our two seater and three seater sofas from GB Foam Direct and I can recommend this company for top quality, speed and customer care. The website is effective and easy to understand therefore easy to order. Very good with delivery on the day specified. I initially purchased one only, it cost me an extra £10.00 overall, to see if the sizes were good enough for the covers exc. then for the subsequent 4. I added 2 cm to one of the 3 measurements to the first cushion. Than after approx 10 days We ordered the other 4 for but we added we added 1cm more to the previous same measurement!!. We were happy we did so although the first cushion is slightly smaller but quite easy to live with. Our suggestion to any potential purchaser is to bear in mind the stretch-ware of your existing covers for the cushions and allow some extra cm's from the recommended measurements by the manufacturer of the foam. My only comment for improvement is the manufacturers could wave the delivery cost for one piece (£10.00) after the customer goes back and places an order for more units of (almost) the same measurements.

Just what we needed. Our garden room cane furniture, after several years, is still like new apart from the cushions which completely sag when sat on. After much angst about the measurements required and a phone call to GB Foam Direct we decided to place an order for the foam and the stockinette. The foam is quite expensive and it can’t be returned so getting the measurements right is important. We decided to take the risk and are absolutely delighted with the result. Once we had the measurements, the ordering and delivery were straightforward.

Unbelievable Service A*. Ordered last minute before Easter as a garden sofa delivery had let us down twice. I made a pallet sofa base and ordered cushions to fit. Better than buying a new sofa. Our sofa cushions needed replacing (they were so flat, you could feel the sofa bed underneath us). My partner and I debated on whether to get a new sofa or see if we could replace the cushions instead. I found GB Foam Direct and replacing the cushions turned out more affordable for us. Great product. Needed to refurb 2 sofas as seats were sagging. Ordered new cushions made to size, with dacron padding and encased in stockinette. Arrived within 2 days . Really well made and packaged, transformed the comfort of the sofas. Great service, easy to use website. Altogether really pleased with result.

Caravan settee base. The single bed base cushions on my caravan needed re-filling as they were 18 years old from a bespoke supplier the quote was £235 each. GB foam supplied two foam underlay cushions to go under the original cushions, what a difference! I ordered at 10 a.m. in the morning and they arrived at 2-30 the next afternoon. Total cost was £137 for the pair. I am a very happy customer.

Second order recieved. Just replaced the cheap foam in my settee with a far superior foam from GB Foam Direct. The difference is astounding.

Exactly what I needed. Having purchased a three piece suite only 8 months ago from Argos, the foam was completely flat. Upgrading to a quality foam from GB Foam Direct has completely rejuvenated the useless three piece.

Great quality. The new cushion has made my sofa much better for my back. The previous feather cushions provided no support. Unfortunately I got the measurements wrong at first, my mistake was that I measured the depth of the inner feather cushion rather than the actual cushion lining itself, which meant the foam ended up being much thicker than I required. GBFoam were great in helping me get it sorted.

A perfect replacement for my sofa. My sofa cushions are now so much better than they were with what was in there since new. But it was a good job I phoned for advice before ordering... The old foam which came out was 20cm thick, but the distance between the seams of the covers was only 13cm. Advice online seemed to say take the distance between the seams and add an inch (2.5cm). I was, therefore, confused. Anyway, after phoning GB Foam Direct I had all the answers I needed. First of all, the reason why my original foams were so thick is that the manufacturers often use cheap, soft foam and then stuff an oversize piece (thickness-wise) in extra-tight to give the illusion of support. This is what had caused it to become uncomfortably soft after 15 years, especially at the edges of each cushion; soft foam now even softer - we'd fall into the gaps between the cushions (or bits of us would if lying down across them & having a nap). The other bit of advice was to use the exact measurement for the luxury medium grade foam because they add the Dacron to that measurement. And this worked out exactly right for me - 13cm plus the Dacron each side fitted perfectly and is wonderfully supportive now, even when you lie down across the three seat cushions. Lucky I phoned them before ordering and didn't just use the measurement of the old soft foam; there is absolutely NO way that the medium foam at 20cm plus Dacron would have squeezed into my covers. I'd have just wasted my money. Thanks for the great, personal advice GB Foam Direct. And the next day delivery was perfect too. Well done!

Amazing, brought my old sofa back to life! I wasn't able to afford a new sofa and mine was a flat mess. Did some online research and GB Foam came up. brilliant product ordered for a very expensive sofa bought 8 years or so ago but the seat was not as comfortable as when it was new. Follow the online instructions and also called them as wanted to make sure that I was ordering the wright thickness. The lady I spoke to was very good, especially as I had so many question but then placed the order on line and it was spot on. Received 2 days after order was placed. Excellent service. Ready for summer! The outdoor grade foam is so much better than I thought it would be. Great service, including the lady who rang to tell me when it would be delivered! I've covered them with some amazing waxed African fabric for some really original garden bench seats, sadly not for me but for my son' and his girlfriend.

We replaced our 8 year old sofas fibre filling with GB foams medium luxury foam and the cushions were better than ever. One thing that wasn't mentioned was if the springs are worn you will still sink at the back. I took the backing off of the sofa and cable tied the springs to make them tight again. It's as good as new, possibly better!

Excellent quality accurately made and prompt delivery. We bought the foam for our camper van and got the firm grade. On reflection this may be a little too hard but no doubt it will last well. If we did it again we would go for the medium grade. It was well worth the extra to have the Dacron and stockinette coverings this will make the coverings easier to fit once we have made them!

My old Chesterfield hasn't been that comfortable since I bought it (second hand). I wish I'd know what a difference new foam cushions from GB would make and how quick and easy it would be to order them. GB are helpful if you have a question, super quick and the foam makes the sofa feel like new. Thank you!

I ordered a piece of 4 inch foam for a sofa cushion with Dacron and stockinette. It arrived beautifully finished with the Dacron sealed onto the edges of the foam and the stockinette finished at each end. It all looked very neat.

Ordered these for my camper van for the bench seating. Great that you can pick your exact dimensions so no messing about cutting them to size. They fit perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the foam cushions I ordered for my sofa. Our sofa was less than 2 years old but the quality of the foam cushions was terrible and they were really uncomfortable, I was begining to wonder what to do when I thought about getting some foam cut. I was hesitant at first but shouldn't have been, I emailed for advice and got the info I needed quickly, the service was fast and delivery was prompt. When taking the foam out of the box you could see the excellent quality, they fitted my covers perfectly and have given new life to a sofa I had almost given up on, in fact the sofa wasn't even this comfy the day it was delivered. I received my foam cushion and very well made and very easy to order with clear I instructions. I haven’t use it because it was too big. I ordered it as an experiment and with hindsight I should ordered smaller size & it was my mistake trying to replace the old feathered cushion which is more plier to stuff it into the cover with one opening which is too soft now hence I am trying to replace with rigid cushion which doesn’t give me flexibility to get into the cover with one opening. It’s my fault. GB Foam is extremely efficient and it lesson learned on my part. Thank you so much, I will use the foam in another form for sure.

Never ordered replacement foam for my sofa seat cushions before and was worried I would order the wrong size. The advice on their wesbite to measure the cover was invaluable. I triple measured for safety and ordered with the recommended foam type for the depth of cushion with a little trepidation. The order arrived the next working day and they are absolute perfection! Fitted very snuggly in the cover so took a little bit of cajoling to get them in which is exactly how they should be and what a difference to the old fibre ones.
