Q: Whats in Wendys breakfast burrito?

Wendys Sausage & Egg Burrito is part of a breakfast test at one of my local Wendys restaurants and is very simple with only cut-up sausage, scrambled egg, and American cheese wrapped up in a small flour tortilla for 99 cents. This one is definitely snack-sized for most people but then again it is a value menu item.

How do you make breakfast burritos on a griddle?

Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Load tortillas with cooked hash brown potatoes, chorizo, diced onions, scrambled eggs, cheese and Pico de Gallo and fold into burritos. Place the burritos on the griddle and cook for 15 seconds per side. Remove burritos from griddle and serve.
